Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all addresses within Pakistan (home, office, residential). If you are outside Pakistan, contact us at shopzeyofficial@gmail.com for international shipping options.

2. Delivery Time

  • Orders placed within Pakistan are typically delivered within 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • For international orders, delivery may take 10-12 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

3. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of 250 will be charged for all orders below  PKR 10,000

  • International shipping charges will vary based on destination, weight, and shipping partner; all duties/taxes on international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Multiple Parcels

For smoother delivery of multiple items, your order may arrive in more than one parcel — you won’t incur additional shipping costs for this.

5. Tracking & Dispatch

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email (or SMS) with the courier company’s name and a tracking code.

  • If you are not available at the address on the scheduled delivery date, please arrange for someone else to receive the parcel on your behalf or contact the courier to reschedule.

6. Customs & Duties (International)

If you place an international order, please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes based on your local regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

7. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival. If you notice the wrong item, damaged product or missing items, contact us immediately at shopzeyofficial@gmail.com with photos. We will evaluate and provide you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Changes to Shipping & Delivery Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date”.
